Register Now!Registration fees must be paid by 11:59 PM Eastern on the respective deadline in order for discounts to apply. Attendees are responsible for their own expenses related to travel, parking, lodging, and any other incidental charges. Unfortunately, there are no scholarships available. However, Travel Awards are being made available, on a competitive basis, to a select few of the MeTRC 2018 Health Disparities Conference Abstract Presenters through a U54 grant. The Travel Award is meant to subsidize each awardee's attendance at the MeTRC Conference.

Attendees are responsible for their own expenses related to travel, parking, lodging, and any other incidental charges. 2 Includes access to meeting activities, program-at-a-glance, and venue floor plan. Postdoctoral Fellows, Undergraduate, Graduate, Research Assistants, etc. receiving academic credit. Students must include proof of status with registration. MMC Faculty/Staff and MMC Students must register using their MMC email addresses to be eligible for gratis/discounted registration. 3 Includes registration for one attendee; and each exhibiting organization will be provided one 6' table, two chairs, and recognition in the printed Program Book. Community Exhibitors must be approved by the Conference Planning Committee to take advantage of the Community Exhibitors rate.

When registering online for the MeTRC Conference, you have the opportunity to pay by Credit Card, Institution Purchase Order, or Business / Institution Check.
NOTE: If payment is not received by the respective discount deadline, then your balance due will be adjusted according to the timeline and respective rates as noted above.

ON-SITE PAYMENTS: Please note that neither Purchase Orders nor Personal Checks will be accepted on-site. Attendees must provide a valid Credit Card or a Business / Institution Check at time of Check-in to cover all Registration Fees. When paying on-site, please note that on-site rates will apply.
Cancellations
Notification of registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the MeTRC 2018 Conference Organizers. Cancellation of registration paid in full prior to September 1, 2018 will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations on or after September 1, 2018. Refunds will be distributed no later than 30 days after the close of the Conference.
The request for a registration refund must include tax identification number of the company or institution if registration was paid by a Business or Institution Check.
MeTRC reserves the right to cancel activities prior to the scheduled date should uncontrollable circumstances make it necessary. Each registrant will be notified by the email address(es) provided during the registration process. In the case of activity cancellation, the liability of MeTRC is limited to the registration fee.
Conference Management reserves the right to limit the number of participants in a program and is not responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual whose registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
Special Assistance
All attendees are required to indicate all special dietary or ADA accommodation needs when registering for the Conference.
